What Kind of Files Should I send?
The Best files are the ones that have high-resolution PDF files that include ⅛” bleed, outlined fonts, and built to scale with the CMYK colors.
There are other types of files you may send over such as JPEG and PNG but the quality may not be high quality.
How Long Does It Take To Print?
Most of our products take 2-3 Business days to complete. Depending on your size of your project some prints may take longer to run and off-gas. If there is a need for your project to be rushed please let us know and we would be glady to help!
Do You Do Graphic Design?
We are not currently offering in-house graphic design services, but we are happy to refer you to tools for creating your own designs.
I Don't See What I Want On Your Service. Do You Have More Options?
We understand that you may have specific needs or inquiries that are not addressed in our FAQ section. How Do I Place An Order?

How Do I Know What Kind of Material I Need?
We recommend you contact us and describe what your project is. This way we may offer our professional opinion. You may also come visit us and see what fits your project the best. We will be launching our Paper Sample Kit in the near future.
